Optimized Planning of Distribution Grids Considering Grid Expansion, Battery Systems and Dynamic Curtailment

چکیده

The increasing integration of renewable energies into the grid is calling for expansion power transport capacities in distribution system. Yet, could require long authorization procedures and cannot be always asserted. Therefore, a higher utilization existing becoming increasingly necessary today. This paper proposes new time series-based planning method systems using classical instruments as well innovative such battery storage (BSS) dynamic curtailment (DPC). These applied individually or combined. aim BSS DPC application to enable at minimal costs. proposed method, which has been implemented an automated algorithm, determines cost-optimal reinforcement measures that ensure prevention prognosticated congestions considered grid. Furthermore, on system proven combination more economical than individual expansion.
